ÓBIDOS WOOD VILLAS is a Rural Tourism property with an innovative concept in the Oeste region. Featuring a modern, simple, and eco-friendly design, it harmoniously combines the comfort of wood with the surrounding rural landscape.
Our T2 Villas, ideal for families or groups, offer various amenities to make you feel at home. For two-person stays, we provide T1 Eco Capsules, designed for comfort and privacy. The property also includes a reception, swimming pool, spa, bicycles, and on-site parking.
Located in Olho Marinho, 10 km from Óbidos and 15 km from Peniche, ÓBIDOS WOOD VILLAS boasts a privileged location for exploring the Oeste region or simply enjoying a relaxing getaway.
OUR VILLAS
The Villas in ÓBIDOS WOOD VILLAS are named after native trees in the region: Villa Sobreiro, Villa Loureiro, Villa Freixo and Villa Pinheiro Bravo.
The Villas, with an area of 60 m2, all have the same typology, varying only in the decorative elements. They consist of a kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine and the living room has cable TV. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (200x150cm) and the other has two single beds (200x90cm). The bathroom has a shower.
All areas are air-conditioned.
The breakfast, consisting primarily of products from the region, is included in the accommodation rate.
OUR ECOLOGICAL CAPSULES
The Ecological Capsules of ÓBIDOS WOOD VILLAS are named after trees native to the region: Medronheiro, Gingeira, Oliveira and Azevinho.
The Capsules, with an area of 18 m2, all have the same typology. They consist of a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed (200x150cm) and a TV with cable channels. The bathroom has a shower.
Breakfast, consisting primarily of regional products, is included in the accommodation rate.

GET TO KNOW US
ÓBIDOS WOOD VILLAS was born from a family project. Hélder and Sandrina, owners of this unit, wanted to create a space where well-being and comfort are in harmony with nature.
After some trips and experiences, they concluded that the ideal vacation with family or friends is to stay in a place that provides the comfort of home, with the services of a hotel. A place that allows you to discover and explore the region, but also offers a relaxing dip in the pool at the end of the day. A place without hustle and bustle where there is time to read a book and listen to nature.
In the middle of the countryside, in a region with a historical and environmental heritage as rich as the West, they decided to share experiences that can only be achieved by the native people.
The project, which was entirely conceived by the owners, had their involvement in all phases. The materials used in the construction were chosen based on "eco-friendly" criteria, with wood being the main element. Part of the furniture, made by the owner's own hands, is based on the reuse of the wood used in the construction of the Villas.
We were distinguished as Modern Villas of the Year 2024 in Central Portugal, by the Travel & Hospitality Awards.

DIRECTIONS
If you come from Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport, you should take the A8 towards Leiria.
Follow the IP6 in the direction of Peniche and take the exit N114, towards Olho Marinho.
Arriving at Olho Marinho, take the main road towards Pó and when you find the cross, turn left. After a few more meters, you'll have reached your destination.
